Our health care Prefered Provider Organization (PPO), Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, is a national leader of innovative health care offerings.
To round out our health care offerings, RingØ offers dental (Delta Dental), and vision (VSP) insurance. The company pays the majority of employee premiums. We also understand that unforeseen events can occur at any time -therefore we pay 100% of the premiums for Short and Long Term Disability Insurance, Group Life Insurance, and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance for our employees.
It is important that our employees have the ability to balance their careers with their home lives. Our time-off plan includes Vacation, “Flex Time”, and “Floating Holidays”.
Our 401(k) Plan is available to all full time employees with NO vesting requirement. The 401(k) Plan includes generous employer matching contributions and a wide variety of investment options.
We highly encourage and support our employees to pursue advanced degrees through our tuition reimbursement program to advance their professional careers.
